The successful candidate will have excellent EXCEL skills, ideally, have experience in fast fashion, and support their busy team.DUTIES:Updating spreadsheetsReview weekly competitors to ensure the products proposition is in line with the market across all areasSupporting the team and working in a fast-paced environmentUndertaking and controlling all admin tasks for the team - for all multi-products fashionKeeping the critical path of these areas up to date with locations of samples,Liaising with suppliers in the Far East for new developments, prices, samples and deliveries and maintaining good and effective professional relationshipsREQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in both English and Chinese (not necessary but prefer)
Experience working with the Far East
Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Numerical and analytical skills
Communicate effectively
PC literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
A good understanding of fashion trends and knowledge of the high street
Proven ability to work on own initiative
Highly motivate and driven and enthusiastic
Good team player and clear communicator
