Location: Birmingham Job status: 1-year fixed term (potential to extend the contract) About The Role: Primarily this role will be to assist with the Roll out of Windows10 Devices but you will be needed to assist with any Business as Usual issues with Windows Servers/Clients. Also provide additional support for any other IT Projects.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd line technical support to the business
Support IT Server & Network infrastructure
Create new users in AD, create mailboxes in Exchange, add to security groups etc
Responsible for the build/ imaging of Windows 10 Laptops/Desktops
Communicate and coordinate with headquarters IT department on IT projects implementation when needed
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Support the IT infrastructure, networks and office systems
Fulfil all the IT support requirements at the absence of the IT Systems Engineer.
Other IT relevant tasks assigned.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Working experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Windows Servers & Exchange
Experience of working with SCCM desirable
Experience of Windows 10 Group Policies desirable
Ability to prioritise and work to changing deadlines
Effective communication and relationship building skills
Experience of managing projects from conception to completion
Working knowledge of Microsoft systems
Knowledge and understanding of CAD simulation software desirable
Desirable Qualifications:
MCSA
MCSE
CCNA
Certificate or Diploma in computer science and/or a related IT subject
