HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Reporting to the Commercial Director in Panerai, you will be supporting to manage sales operation and administrative activities HK, Macau and Travel Retail network. Your key responsibilities will be to: • Proceed sales order and ensure smooth and timely delivery of merchandises to all Sales channels (Internal Boutiques and Wholesale Doors) • Coordinate with local logistic team to ensure accurate and timely in stock of watches and other branded materials • Manage other sales operational tasks assigned, and work closely with HQ and local counterparts and in an efficient way • Prepare Daily Sales Reports on Sell-in, SOSI/Stock and Travel Retail performance • Conduct Best Sellers / Product analysis • Prepare business review and presentation • Support on Travel Retail development in Hainan Island - Prepare business analysis and periodic sales reports • Frequent communication with business partners’ commercial team (office and stores) to ensure proper business actions implementation • Coordinate store opening activities from scratches, account opening administration, opening orders and delivery, brand training, marcom activities HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? To contribute in your team success you have/are: • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Sales Administration/Operation; • Experience in Luxury watch industry an advantage but not a must; • A self-starter who is highly motivated, energetic and with a can-do mindset HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
