Position Title: Training Manager Department: Retail admin and management Reports to: Retail Director Mission To be in charge of implement training programs in a high standard, and managing, developing, organizing training programs in order to ensure the organization achieves the highest level of its business goal. Main Responsibilities Building and implementing the functional strategic training plan • Analyze and identify training needs regarding Business expectations added to Performance Appraisal, Individual Development Plan, Management feedbacks… • Build a robust training plan for the market with individual and collective approach validated by the management team • Provide appropriate offer and solutions according the need collected and strategic orientations • Deploy and supervise the training plan implementation and follow up Manage various solutions of development implementation ( Formal training, self- learning, on the job, from others …) • Promote various and complementary solutions and ensure every employees in the local market understands and use those tools • Support each new tools launch and work out local implementation plan • Involve managers through regular feedbacks and reporting • Monitor individual follow up Keeping abreast with the training environment • Look out for any relevant and innovative learning tools (website, book…) • Attend events related the Training & Development field (internal & external) • Select partners (internal & external) according to Cartier standards level of expectations • Constantly seek to expand his/her knowledge and professional expertise Key Performance Indicators - Numeric/ Quantitative Results Knowledge and Professional skills 8 to 10 years’ experience in developing and delivering training programs Management experience Good proficiency in oral and written English Holding a bachelor degree Strong analytical and influencing skills Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Outstanding leadership skill Good project management skill This person shall obtain in-depth knowledge of training and development field and excellent understanding of retail environment and retail business
