Reponsabilities
Leading of our Chinese Team (ca. 4 people)
Building of a quality process.
Management of daily operation.
Connecting to Italian headquarters.
Support for finance, commercial and technical issue.
Skills
Mid level profile, at least 3 years of experience in management experience.
Proven experience in reporting structures.
Knowledge of multicultural teamwork.
Experience in Asia preferred
Problem solving skills
Fluent English speaking
Previous experience in Far East Countries, China preferred.

Ensure strong corporate governance and exceed budget targets though excellence in management and full P&L ownership.
Foster a high performing organization focused on performance driven culture, talent management, high customer and business objectives.
Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local and corporate requirements and promoting ethical behaviour & integrity..
Participate in local tender activities for the company.
Manage all areas of budget and ensure that all available resources and funds are allocated effectively to achieve objectives.
Prepare business plans for near future expansion.
