The World Chilli Alliance is a non-profit organisation that aims to promote and develop the chilli industry globally. We are currently seeking a curious, resourceful, and “spicy” Project Manager for our Executive Office in Chongqing, who will be in charge of supporting the organisation and implementation of all activities and projects of WCA. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute projects in line with the organisation's objectives • Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and key figures in institutional fields • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary • Prepare project reports for internal and external stakeholders • Conduct research on relevant topics related to chilli industry • Ensure adherence to budget and timelines • Oversee logistics and operations related to project implementation Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, non-profit management, project management, or international relations) or equivalent experience in non-profit organisation or institution • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (must have) • Strong background in Chinese culture • Experience in dealing with authorities and leading key figures in institutional fields • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a non-profit organisation • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
We provide a competitive salary package of 14,000 RMB before tax, along with the opportunity to earn commissions for each project successfully conducted and completed. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, relocation support, and accommodation assistance. Moreover, we provide working visa sponsorship for employment.
