
Faithlife is looking for a Chinese Product Specialist (Sales/Product) with experience and knowledge of the Chinese speaking Christian World to join their growing Chinese products team. This individual will be able to deliver the optimal blend of sales, service, and customer advocacy. The Chinese Product Specialist must be comfortable consulting, servicing and selling to a variety of customers within the Chinese Christian world. The CPS (Chinese Product Specialist) should be able to articulate the value of Logos Chinese Bible software to inspire and support customer adoption and expansion. He/she will build and maintain positive relationships with multiple roles within their assigned customers.
As the Chinese Product Specialist you will work with the team on product and marketing related projects, as well as offer customer support and promote the product at conferences.
You are fluent in Chinese and have a firm understanding of specialized religious terminology and cultural nuances. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind when projects are pivoted. You are independent, goal-driven, have an entrepreneurial drive, and love interacting with people.

Requirements
Major Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of inbound/outbound leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential customers of Logos Chinese Bible software
Deliver product demonstration and training to key accounts and represent Logos in Asia-Pacific region
Respond to customer requests and deliver after-sales service
Work with publishers to identify and source titles for Logos Chinese as well as to acquire required information and files for publication
Work with internal teams on product development
Respond to Customer service emails and related requests
Interact with customers in a sales and supportive role
Work with the team on product development
Work with third party partners in both a sales and relational capacity
Present Logos at conferences and to interested institutions
Candidate Specifications:
Is fluent in Chinese and English
Has sales experience and is comfortable meeting with major stakeholders in Chinese Christian world
Takes ownership of projects and is able to work under pressure across time zones
Tech Savvy, able to learn new programs and processes, adapt and integrate these new items into workflow
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption
Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
Excellent individual and group presentation, written, and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Is open to travel to Asia and other countries
Seminary Degree required
The ideal candidate:
Has deep understanding of the nuances of regional differences in the Chinese Christian world
Uses, or has previously used, a Bible software product
Good writing skills in both Chinese and English
Has experience with public speaking
Has experience working with Chinese seminaries and church institutions in Asia, preferred
